Recently, the result of 2022 China Award for Science and Technology in Construction were announced. The research titled as "Research and Application of Key Technologies for Foundation and Underground Engineering in Paleo-Clay Areas", organized by Anhui Institute of Building Research & Design, won the second prize. It is the fourth time that Anhui Institute of Building Research & Design has won China Award for Science and Technology in Construction since the 14th Five-Year Plan, which is the top-level award in the field of science and technology in construction industry.
The research results have been successfully applied in several key projects in the fields of industrial and civil engineering, highway, railway, port, airport and water conservancy in paleo-clay area, with remarkable social and economic benefits.
In the future, Anhui Institute of Building Research & Design will continue to strengthen scientific and technological research and development, and actively make contribution to building ACEG into China’s top-level construction enterprise and building beautiful Anhui.
