On the afternoon of March 31st, Anhui Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Hefei Branch of Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. jointly held a business promotion meeting followed by the signing ceremony for the bilateral strategic cooperation framework agreement between the two sides at Anjian Building International - the headquarters building of ACEG in Hefei, the capital city of east China’s Anhui province.
Mr. Zhao Shiyun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of ACEG and Mr. Xu Kai, Secretary of Party Committee of Ping An Bank Hefei Branch, attended the activity and witnessed the signing ceremony of the bilateral strategic cooperation framework agreement.
Chairman Zhao extended a warm welcome to Mr. Xu Kai and his delegation and briefed them on ACEG’s achievements in reforms and developments over the recent years. He said, Hefei Branch of Ping An Bank is a province branch of Ping An Bank in Anhui and is also the president and leading unit of Anhui Branch of Ping An Group’s Corporate Comprehensive Financial Development Committee. There would be a broad space for cooperation with ACEG in banking businesses, investment businesses, insurance businesses and other aspects. He hoped that both sides could actively explore more cooperation modes to promote common developments. As for the next step pushing forward the bilateral strategic cooperation, he pointed out that the cooperation between both sides should, firstly, be of all-round and in a single package; secondly, focus on investment and new forms of industries; thirdly, strengthen the shift for a building industry from industrialization to digitization.
Mr. Xu Kai thanked ACEG for the warm reception and introduced the business sectors of Ping An Bank. He said, Ping An and ACEG have a good foundation for cooperation. In the future, Hefei Branch of Ping An Bank will give full play to its Corporate Comprehensive Financial Development Committee and provide a comprehensive package of service scheme in the fields of insurance, investment banking, finance, securities, technology, smart city and health services so on and so forth relying on the linkage advantages of all professional companies in the Ping An Group’s business system according to ACEG’s actual needs.
At the promotion meeting, professional companies of Ping An Group have introduced their relevant business segments in details and the two sides had in-depth exchanges of views on relevant businesses. Some other leaders and experts from both sides also attended the event.
