In order to consolidate project management and adapt to the new situation of construction industry in Algeria, ACEG Algeria Project Management Division produced the Guidance Handbook for Technology and Quality Management through systematic summary and scientific discussion in combination with the practices in Algeria.
There are 5 chapters and 38 sections including technological preparation phase, implementation phase, acceptance phase, summary and attachments, which elaborates on the quality problems possibly arising during construction periods including earthworks, reinforcement works, concrete works, masonry works, decoration,installation and the solutions, in particluar, the construction method didfferences between Algeria and China.
Directed and reviewed by Mr.Wan Qin, general manager and party committee secretary of ACEG Algeria Project Management Division,the Handbook is compiled by senior project managers and various departments’responsible persons.The handbook not only laid a solid foundation for the technology transfer and development but also was a firm commitment to the mission of “holding on persistently domestic and overseas markets”brought up by ACEG recent workers’congress.
